There is a 6 month expiration date from date of purchase for all class packages
All sales are final. Classes are not eligible for transfer, refund or exchange
All classes must be prepaid through our online scheduling program
Please note you are paying for a class and not a particular instructor. Classes and instructors are subject to change without notice
For safety reasons, all first time clients MUST arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time for a brief orientation of the machine and the workout. Instructors have the right to turn new clients away and late cancel them from the class if they fail to arrive 10 minutes early
All clients must arrive on time. If a client is late to class the instructor has the right to turn them away and they will forfeit that class
Socks with grippers are required for all Megaformer classes and may be purchased at the studio for $15
